Bir ulusun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yok say\u0131lmas\u0131na, zorla eritilmesine dayanan bu \u00e7eli\u015fkiden, genelde o toplumun t\u00fcm emek\u00e7i kesitleri pay\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan ezilen ulusun kad\u0131n\u0131 ile erke\u011fi aras\u0131nda fark yoktur. Ama i\u015fin pratik yans\u0131mas\u0131nda durum farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Herhangi bir sava\u015fta cepheye giderek bir asker, bir gerilla veya bir pe\u015fmerge olarak sava\u015fmak ile cephe gerisinde ve fakat i\u015fgal edilmi\u015f her bir toprak par\u00e7as\u0131nda, mahallesinde, soka\u011f\u0131nda yabanc\u0131 askerin, jandarman\u0131n, polisin, \u00f6zel timin, ajan ve muhbir a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kol gezdi\u011fi; insanlar\u0131n sorgusuz suals\u0131z kur\u015funa dizildi\u011fi; \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenlerin cenazelerinin annelerine, babalar\u0131na verilmeyip gizlice derelere, \u00e7\u00f6pl\u00fcklere, \u00e7ukurlara topluca g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc; i\u015fkencenin sorgu odalar\u0131ndan da \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p k\u00f6ylere, kasabalara ve tek tek evlere kadar girdi\u011fi; insan haysiyet ve namusunun ayaklar alt\u0131na al\u0131narak kad\u0131nlara k\u0131zlara s\u00f6zl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131, sark\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131k ve hatta tecav\u00fcz edildi\u011fi; kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u015fleriyle yat\u0131p yatmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n muayeneyle tesbit edildi\u011fi; insanlar\u0131n evlerine, k\u00f6ylerine hapsedilerek ekonomik abluka alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, a\u00e7 b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yiyeceklerine el konulup askerlere da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, halk\u0131n yerlerinden yurtlar\u0131ndan s\u00f6k\u00fclerek at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edildi\u011fi bir yerde sava\u015fmak aras\u0131nda fark vard\u0131r. Genelde birincisi \u00e7ok daha zormu\u015f gibi g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcr. Ger\u00e7ekte ise b\u00f6yle de\u011fildir. Birincisinde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc, silahl\u0131 ve hedefin bellidir. Ya \u00f6l\u00fcrs\u00fcn, ya da \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcrs\u00fcn. \u00dcstelik tek ba\u015f\u0131nas\u0131n; yakana yap\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f savunmas\u0131z \u00e7oluk &#8211; \u00e7ocuk, ihtiyar, hasta vb. derdin yoktur. \u0130kincisinde ise \u00e7oluk &#8211; \u00e7ocu\u011funla, ihtiyar\u0131n, hastanla birlikte evinde, mahallende \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve \u00e7ok dolayl\u0131 bir m\u00fccadelenin, bir kavgan\u0131n, bir sava\u015f\u0131n i\u00e7indesin. Bu durumda bir de kad\u0131n olursan, kad\u0131n olarak bu ko\u015fullarda ya\u015farsan hayat\u0131n ne kadar ac\u0131mas\u0131z, ne kadar zorlu oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\tGenelde K\u00fcrdistan, \u00f6zelde de Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullar budur.<\/p>\n<p>\tEvet, bug\u00fcn genelde K\u00fcrdistan, \u00f6zelde de Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durum budur. Evet, 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fist rejimi t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye halklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc. Bir kar\u015f\u0131 &#8211; devrim hareketi olan 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizminin ter\u00f6r\u00fc ve bask\u0131s\u0131, t\u00fcm halklar \u00fczerinde esti. T\u00fcm halklar\u0131n d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 karartt\u0131. Ama bu durum, Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc ve ba\u015fka y\u00f6ntemlerle ya\u015fand\u0131, ya\u015fanmaya devam ediyor. Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da devam eden bu &#8221;kirli sava\u015f&#8221;tan en \u00e7ok etkilenen, en \u00e7ok nasibini alan \u00f6zellikle de kad\u0131nlar oldu. \u0130\u015fte, &#8221;G\u00fcneydo\u011fu&#8217;da &#8216;\u0130ntifada&#8217; Provas\u0131&#8221;, &#8221;K\u00fcrt \u0130ntifadas\u0131&#8221; ismiyle burjuva bas\u0131na man\u015fet olan, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n SERHILDAN&#8217;\u0131 bu ko\u015fullarda geli\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>SERHILDAN VE K\u00dcRT KADINI<\/p>\n<p>\tYakla\u015f\u0131k bir ay boyunca yay\u0131larak s\u00fcren, eylemlili\u011fiyle kamuoyunun g\u00fcndemini de\u011fi\u015ftirip, t\u00fcm dikkatleri Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;a \u00e7eken Serh\u0131ldan&#8217;\u0131n \u00f6nemi ve ay\u0131rdedici \u00f6zelli\u011fi, o&#8217;nun i\u00e7inde aktif bir \u015fekilde yer alan kad\u0131n unsurunun bask\u0131n olmas\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc ve sans\u00fcrl\u00fc burjuva bas\u0131n\u0131nda y\u00fczlerle ifade edilen kad\u0131n kitlesinin \u00e7oluk \u00e7ocu\u011fuyla birlikte bu eylemler i\u00e7inde yer almas\u0131; polisi ta\u015flamas\u0131, z\u0131lg\u0131t \u00e7ekmesi, TC&#8217;nin iki y\u00fczl\u00fc ve al\u00e7ak\u00e7a sava\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6fkesini, nefretini hayk\u0131rmas\u0131, katledilen ulusal \u015fehitlerine, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, erkeklerini bu eylemlere \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131, \u015foven TC devletini, onun ak\u0131l hocalar\u0131n\u0131, strateji uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131, bek\u00e7i k\u00f6peklerini \u00fcrk\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f, sarsm\u0131\u015f ve kara kara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrmeye itmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\t21 Mart tarihli G\u00dcNE\u015e Gazetesi&#8217;nin, &#8221;&#8230; Ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 ter\u00f6ristler b\u00f6lgedeki kimi gen\u00e7leri kand\u0131r\u0131p yanlar\u0131na alm\u0131\u015f olabilirler&#8230; Peki ya KADINLARI nas\u0131l kand\u0131rd\u0131lar?<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8221;O KADINLAR K\u0130, Ye\u015filyurt K\u00f6y\u00fc&#8217;ndeki &#8216;d\u0131\u015fk\u0131 yedirme&#8217; iddias\u0131nda, Dereba\u015f\u0131 K\u00f6y\u00fc&#8217;ndeki &#8216;\u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen 9 ter\u00f6ristten 6&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 oldu\u011fu&#8217; iddias\u0131nda bile, H\u0130\u00c7 SESLER\u0130N\u0130 \u00c7IKARTMAMI\u015eTI&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8221;G\u00fcneydo\u011fu&#8217;daki olaylar art\u0131k &#8216;OLA\u011eAN&#8217; DE\u011e\u0130L&#8230; &#8216;OLA\u011eAN\u00dcST\u00dc&#8217; bir \u015feyler oluyor&#8230; \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ortada KADINLAR VAR!..&#8221; (alt\u0131n\u0131 biz \u00e7izdik) yorumu, s\u0131radan bir yorum de\u011fildir. Tersine, TC&#8217;nin has bek\u00e7ilerinin ak\u0131l hocalar\u0131n\u0131n genelinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini d\u0131\u015fa vuran bir yorumdur. Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da bug\u00fcne kadar olup biteni ola\u011fan sayan TC uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n, Serh\u0131ldan&#8217;dan sonra olanlar\u0131 &#8221;ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc&#8221; saymas\u0131, bo\u015f bir korkudan veya kuru bir \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131ktan ileri gelmiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\t1) S\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 toplumlarda genel olarak kad\u0131n, toplumsal yap\u0131 ve \u00fcretimdeki yeri gere\u011fi e\u015fitsiz ko\u015fullarda ya\u015famaktadir&#8230; Bu e\u015fitsizlik, onun erke\u011fe g\u00f6re daha ge\u00e7 uyanmas\u0131, daha ge\u00e7 bilin\u00e7lenmesi, toplumsal ve siyasal \u00e7eli\u015fkileri daha geriden takip etmesini getiriyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, toplumsal eylemlili\u011fe ge\u00e7mesi de en zor ve en sona kal\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca i\u015f\u00e7i ve memur, \u00f6\u011frenci vb. kad\u0131nlardan farkl\u0131 olarak, ev kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ise bilimsel olarak toplumun en geri ve en hareketsiz kesimini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\t2) Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan gibi ilhak edilmi\u015f, ezilip s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclerek talan edilmi\u015f, ekonomik, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bak\u0131mdan TC taraf\u0131ndan geri b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, feodal d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, gelenek g\u00f6reneklerin, kad\u0131na bak\u0131\u015ftaki toplumsal \u00e7arp\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n, al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n hal\u00e2 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde devam etti\u011fi (\u00f6rne\u011fin bir kad\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde eyleme ge\u00e7mesi, polisle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, tutuklanmas\u0131, cezaevine d\u00fc\u015fmesi gibi fiillerin, o ailenin ve erke\u011finin namusu ve \u015ferefinin elden gitmesi gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir su\u00e7, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ay\u0131p, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcnah olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve hatta kendi evinde erkek misafirleriyle ayn\u0131 sofrada yemek yemesi, ayn\u0131 odada oturmas\u0131n\u0131n bile toplum taraf\u0131ndan yad\u0131rgand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz) bir toplumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fi &#8211; \u00f6zellikle de eylemlerin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi &#8211; bu b\u00f6lgelerde kad\u0131n\u0131n eyleme ge\u00e7mesi \u00f6yle kolay bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Hele de bu kad\u0131nlar ev kad\u0131nlar\u0131ysa (ki, Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da s\u00f6z\u00fc edilecek bir sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, fazla kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i de yoktur, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131n yaln\u0131zca hizmetler sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde vard\u0131r), k\u0131rsal kesimin kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 temsil ediyorsa, \u00e7ok \u00e7ocuklu vb. ise harekete ge\u00e7mesinin ne kadar zor oldu\u011fu ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\t3) T\u00fcm bu olumsuz ko\u015fullara ra\u011fmen, Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan tarihinde kad\u0131n, ilk defa olarak bu kadar kitlesel bir\u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131k eyleme ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Ve yine Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan tarihinde ilk defa olarak ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Haziran&#8217;\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda 40 kadar kad\u0131n toplu olarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yor, sorgulan\u0131yor, mahkemelik oluyor. (Bilindi\u011fi gibi Haziran&#8217;\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda cezaevlerindeki a\u00e7l\u0131k grevlerini desteklemek i\u00e7in Darge\u00e7it Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde oturma eylemi yapan kad\u0131nlardan 40 kadar\u0131 polis taraf\u0131ndan zorla al\u0131n\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve hen\u00fcz bir haber de yok.) Hakeza ilk defa olarak, sadece ve sadece toplu olarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Darge\u00e7it halk\u0131 t\u00fcmden kepenk kapatma direni\u015fine ge\u00e7iyor. \u015eimdiye kadar Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da \u015fu veya bu \u00f6rg\u00fct i\u00e7inde, tek tek kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tutuklanmas\u0131, eylem ba\u015f\u0131nda yakalanmas\u0131, cezaevine d\u00fc\u015fmesii, \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015fmesi vb. oldu. Ama bu t\u00fcrden toplu olarak eyleme ge\u00e7mesi, tutuklanmas\u0131, mahkemelik olmas\u0131 ilk defa oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>\t4) Serh\u0131ldan&#8217;da aktif bir \u015fekilde yer alan kad\u0131n sadece i\u015fgalci devlet g\u00fc\u00e7lerini zor duruma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek, \u00e7aresiz b\u0131rakmakla kalmam\u0131\u015f, ayn\u0131 zamanda, Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da bir \u00fcst yap\u0131 kurumu olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede, davran\u0131\u015fta, kad\u0131na bak\u0131\u015ftaki varolan geleneksel yap\u0131y\u0131 da bozmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ve art\u0131k bu eylemlili\u011fiyle utan\u0131lacak, k\u0131nanacak bir unsur olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00fclecek, gurur duyulacak bir olgu haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\tKendisi de K\u00fcrt olan ama TC&#8217;nin bek\u00e7i k\u00f6pekli\u011fini \u00fcstlenen \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Abd\u00fclkadir Aksu, K\u00fcrtlerin geri geleneksel yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 iyi bildi\u011fi i\u00e7in kad\u0131nla erke\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getirecek, toplumun kad\u0131n \u00fczerindeki bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irecek bilin\u00e7li bir laf etmi\u015ftir. Gazetelere man\u015fet olan, &#8221;G\u00fcneydo\u011fu&#8217;da Kad\u0131n Parma\u011f\u0131 Var&#8221; laf\u0131 bir taraftan bu amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor (bilindi\u011fi gibi bizde herhangi bir olayda &#8221;kad\u0131n parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131n&#8221; olmas\u0131 fitnecilik, k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, erkekleri birbirine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme gibi olumsuz anlamlarda kullan\u0131l\u0131r); \u00f6b\u00fcr tarafta ise ger\u00e7ekten de devletin, resmi a\u011fz\u0131yla &#8221;kad\u0131n parma\u011f\u0131ndan&#8221;, kad\u0131n fakt\u00f6r\u00fcnden ne kadar korktu\u011funu yans\u0131t\u0131yor. Ama korkunun ecele faydas\u0131 yoktur. TC ekti\u011fini bi\u00e7iyor. Y\u0131llard\u0131r uygulanan bask\u0131 ve ter\u00f6r politikas\u0131 \u00f6yle bir kar\u015f\u0131 tepki (ulusal bilin\u00e7) yaratt\u0131 ki, normal zamanlarda toplumun en geri, en dura\u011fan, en sessiz kesimini olu\u015fturan (a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak ev kad\u0131n\u0131 ve k\u0131rsal k\u00f6kenli) bu kad\u0131nlar\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irmi\u015f, soka\u011fa d\u00f6km\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\tT\u00fcm bu olgular, Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da, toplumun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan kad\u0131n\u0131n ulusal ve toplumsal m\u00fccadeledeki yerini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, TC i\u00e7in korkutucu bir fakt\u00f6r haline geldi\u011fini, toplumun kafas\u0131ndaki gerici &#8211; a\u015firet\u00e7i de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemlerini, kad\u0131na bak\u0131\u015ftaki \u00e7arp\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u015eimdi devrimcilere, kom\u00fcnistlere, ulusal yurtsever g\u00fc\u00e7lere d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6rev; K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n gelmi\u015f oldu\u011fu bu d\u00fczeyi iyi kavramak, eylemlilik potansiyellerini h\u0131zla \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek, K\u00fcrt ulusunun, ulusal ve sosyal kurtulu\u015f davas\u0131 i\u00e7in, toplumun di\u011fer eylemli kesimleriyle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmek, devrimimizin bir ordusu haline getirmektir. Bilinmelidir ki, ev ve aile i\u00e7indeki fonksiyonu itibar\u0131yla kad\u0131n\u0131n harekete ge\u00e7mesi, ailenin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak harekete ge\u00e7mesini getirecektir.
